Measuring can save you money
Deep cleaning is ₹6 a square foot. Say you guessed 1,200 sq.ft, and the supervisor measures 1,050. You pay for what is really there. If the home turns out larger, the price goes up the same way — and you are told before anything starts.

About the visit
Does the visit really cost nothing?
Yes. It is not a deposit, not a call-out fee, and it is not added to a later bill. There is simply nothing to pay for it.
Do I have to book the work after the visit?
No. The supervisor tells you the exact price; you can go ahead, take time to think, or say no. Saying no costs nothing.
Is the day I pick the cleaning day?
No — it is the day of the measuring visit. The day for the work itself is agreed with you once you are happy with the price.
Do I need to be at home?
Someone needs to be there to let the supervisor in, so they can measure and look at the work with you.
Can the price really go down?
Yes. The price is the measured area times the same rate you saw online. If the real area is smaller than the size you entered, you pay less.
